Dino W. Traverso
Managing Member

Dino graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor degree in Accounting in 2000. He obtained his CPA license in 2002. Continuing with his education, Dino obtain his Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2004.
He began working in public accounting in 2001 at a local CPA firm in Kent until he started the practice in the fall of 2007. He has accounting experience not just in public accounting, but private accounting as well, when he worked as a staff accountant at Emerald Downs from 1996 until 2000.
Dino has served as Treasurer for several non-profit organizations, as a board member for various businesses and other entities, and has done volunteer work for the Washington State Board of Accountancy. He is an active member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an avid fan of the Seattle Thunderbirds and attends every hockey game at the ShoWare Center in Kent.
Jamie Rerecich

Jamie graduated from Washington State University and joined the firm shortly after in 2009. He is a senior staff accountant, and prepares financial statements, Federal and State income tax returns, and various payroll and excise tax reports.
Nathan Nievaard

Nathan has been with the firm since 2011. He has over ten years of experience in public accounting. He graduated from Central Washington University Magna Cum Laude in 2006 and obtained his CPA license in 2009. He has attended several advanced tax classes at Golden Gate University. Nathan manages several financial statement engagements, and prepares and reviews Federal and State tax returns for all entities and individuals.
Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, 6-year-old son, Liam, and 3-year-old daughter, Amelia. Nathan’s hobbies include playing basketball, working on the house, and spending time outdoors.
Simon Park
Staff Accountant

Simon joined the firm in early 2017. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2015 and has passed the CPA examination. He has completed the required experience necessary to obtain his license, and we look forward to his certification this year. Simon assists in preparing income tax returns and various other matters.
Rico Traverso

Rico was the first employee hired by the firm in November of 2007. He continues to this day with his primary role of time sheet entry, invoicing, statement generation, filing, and other administrative functions once a week. He works full time at Emerald Downs as one of the Food and Beverage managers.
Auri Burtis
Administration
Auri J. Burtis, Email: auri@dwtpllc.com
Auri was hired at the end of 2018. She manages the books for several of the firm’s clients, including monthly reconciliations, generating invoices, accounts receivable, and some payroll. Auri also does administrative functions, assisting with the inflow and outflow of tax returns, e-filing, and various other duties within the office.
Auri has 2 very active sons, Jackson, 14, and Neal, 11. Her husband, Josh, coaches their baseball and basketball teams, while Auri is the basketball team manager and baseball scorekeeper. Her family enjoys camping and rooting for the Mariners and the Seahawks.
